Digital Products & Services

Due to the nature of digital products and consulting services, all sales are generally final. Once a digital product, report, or service has been delivered or accessed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits.
 

Exceptions

We may consider a refund or partial refund under the following circumstances:

    •    If you purchased a digital product or service but did not receive access or delivery within the promised timeframe, and you notify us within 7 days of purchase.

    •    If you accidentally made a duplicate purchase, please contact us within 7 days for a correction.
 

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund under the exceptions above, please email hello@dr-britt.com within 7 days of your purchase. Include your name, the product or service purchased, the date of purchase, and the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 5 business days.


Non-Refundable Items

    •    Completed consulting services or digital reports that have been delivered

    •    Downloaded or accessed digital products

    •    Any service or product where substantial value has already been provided
